High emphasis on "culture", but out of touch on the true definition of it. Ownership believes having a gym, food trucks, beer taps, is "culture". People are not treated very fair, unless you are one of the "boys". President tries to lead with fear and tired tactics. Need to be more modern in terms of understanding motivators of staff. Lack of trust in associates doing their jobs.

Bad structure. Micro management - someone sitting on your shoulder. Wage below the market rate. I feel the US headquarters has no respect for canadian employees.
