Pros

Gym and basketball court on premises. When I worked there they had a form of profit sharing. Sometimes have partial days on Fridays. Bonus during the holidays.

Cons

Management is very "clicky." If the boys like you then you are in. Some supervisors are mean spirited, gossiped about underlings and we're just plain dishonest.
