Great place to work, no where to move up

Pros

Great people, wonderful management and awesome perks. Yoga, crossfit, gym and basketball court to name a few. They had different contests and you could get extra PTO.

Cons

There was no position above where I was that I was interested in going.

Pros

Amazing culture and coworkers that are like a second family, work hard play hard.

Cons

Would be unfair of me to be negative, I out grew my position and need more so I elected to leave but loved my time there.
