Pros
Family owned and the owners are great people to work for. They are involved in the business and you will see them walk the building and maybe involved in your meetings. They are down to earth and they put your family first! This is a busy atmosphere, but we are in growth mode! The company leaders provide fun activities, food trucks, and employee team building meetings. Depending on role, you will learn alot with the other employee's and can share your experiences as well! We have an open door policy to our employee's and plenty of room for advancement.
Cons
As any company that is growing it's busy and you'll put in plenty of hours. You will not be bored!
