Pros

I was given the tools to learn and be successful at my job without being micromanaged. I am part of a team that encourages and welcomes each others strengths. The culture and work life balance combined with my personal experience of being valued makes is easy to find talented candidates to join the TRG family.

Cons

Like most companies we are continuing to evolve our culture to understand what is actually important to our employees.

Pros

TRG is a great place to work. They really do care about their employees and their families. They make the work place fun, and the co-workers are friendly and fun to be around. I have never worked somewhere as wonderful as this.
