Business Outlook
Pros
I have been with the company for over 8 years and the best part about my job is that my job has changed and grown since joining. They have given me the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and interact with high level management. I feel appreciated for the work I produce, while also allowing me to balance a life/family outside of work.
Cons
I do not see that there are to be any major cons. If I had to share anything I would say, if advancement via a title change is important to you, the opportunity in CT is limited unless you are open to relocation to other subsidiaries.
