Wonderful company to work for, but weak overall business outlook for the next 2-3 years
Pros
Wonderful atmosphere, good people, good CEO (both US & in Germany), good culture, great boss. Everyday, I'm surrounded by geniuses w/ multi-cultural, multi-lingual staff. Very supportive of individual enhancement & enlightenment. Very "can-do" and "get-it-done" mindset.
Cons
Weak(but improving) demand forecasting. Weak business sense & business case analysis for new product development. Only two internal customers (Our site supports two off-site divisions, which themselves service European markets. Those markets are currently in-decline.) No external customers at this time. This can lead to high-risk, low-stability once internal customer needs are met Wonderful company to work for, but weak overall business outlook for the next 2-3 years due to overseas automotive market decline (Tariffs & Brexit making industrial investments very skittish at this time). Additionally, pulling back on core competencies (Semi-conductor wafer fabrication). If you are in-touch with our Wafer Fab, you have a good future here.
