      -Projects are well laid out and well run -Realistic deadlines -Low pressure environment -Resources for testing that only a large company can provide -Close knit team of good people -Good combination of independence (no micro-managing) and support -Excellent work-life balance -Opportunity to travel to other subsidiaries

      -A lot of the interesting research is done outside the US.

      Overall the company treats their employees really well. Good pay, lots of interesting machines to work with and a very clean showroom.

      Cons

      Poor management and a lot of stress due to not having enough people or time to complete projects. Communication is really hard since most of the company is in Germany.
