      Pros

      Service Department is very supportive. Facility is great. Excellent training.

      Cons

      Newly designed machines are released into the market too early. The attitude seems to be one of letting the customer experience software "bugs" for Trumpf to fix. Income is sub-standard for the work effort.

      Biased towards 'some' people. Difficult to go higher in rank if your origin and company's origin don't coincide.
