      Pros

      Decent Training program, good pay, travel pay starts once you leave your house unlike other companies.

      Cons

      The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Your success will greatly depend on who your manager is everyone is good except the West!

      Pros

      Successful company which had a positive work environment. I was able to expand my knowledge of the industry and improve my skills which would benefit me later on during my career.

      Cons

      The language barrier was an issue. There were times when I would not be able to completely convey my idea or messages because of this barrier. This was a difficult challenge to get past.
