      Great place to work unless you’re not a man from Germany.

      Pros

      Free coffee, tea, and water.

      Cons

      No women in upper management. The open office environment is terrible. No concern for equal rights—complaints are dismissed due to the cultural differences between the US and Germany. No respect for expertise unless you are from Germany. TRUMPF is an infuriating place to work.

      Company credit card Per diem Very personable staff Lots of obertime available

      Cons

      For those that want a steady home life, this is 100% travel. Either gone 5 days a week, or 20 days on 8 days off.

      Good company, but managers protect managers

      Pros

      Good place to work, secure work if you get your work done and don't get on the wrong side of management, work is fair and work place is relaxed

      Cons

      Benefits are very expensive for good plans, no one gets fired so same mistakes keep happening, management seem to worry more about saving face instead of fixing the problem when things go wrong, wrong people in high positions, engineers promoted to managers and they don't know how to manage people, managers are not manufacturing people
