      - Family owned business - Competitive benefits package - Good products - Strong brand in the manufacturing industry

      Cons

      - People become managers because of their seniority, not because of their leadership - Most management positions are filled with German expats, small chances for US employees to grow within the company - Poor travel policy (even long-haul flights are in Eco) - Recent lay offs of long-term employees - The company is very focused on processes and not the customers - Salaries are lower than market average

      Pros

      Good per diem. 55 dollars a day. If you're the best at old or unique machines you'll always have work. You can work as much overtime as you want or as much as possible.

      Cons

      Waiting around for days only to get sent home because there are no missions. Sometimes very low hours because of issues with spare parts or no new missions.
