German policy with Indian mentality work culture

This role involves constant travel — you’re essentially living out of hotels with little stability. The new Management shows no regard for work-life balance and consistently fails to be honest with employees. They make promises that aren’t kept, so if you still choose to work here, make sure everything is clearly written in your contract. Communication is extremely poor across the company, and it often feels like no one in management is willing to take responsibility or support their team. Overall, this is not a healthy or supportive work environment. I would not recommend this job unless you are prepared for long stretches away from home and very weak management.
