RUN! - Horrible Gym, Horrible Corporate Officers

Free gym membership if you're still able to after the slave days of working there, but the membership doesn't start right away.

Cons

Where do I begin? Horrible corporate management. They will work you into the ground and as I was told when I wanted to eat lunch, "we pay you to get the work done". Yeah, I know even if I didn't take a physical lunch, I'd like to eat through it so I don't pass out and this way I'll have the energy needed to work the slave hours. They're horrible for their gym membership, why did I think it would be good to work there? SMH

Great people to work with and lots of interesting technology. Plenty of room for people who want to make an impact and take a leadership role in a mid-sized company.

Cons

The base salary is fair but the lack of an equity option limits your potential earning. They also have a hit or miss bonus structure.
