Line employees and engineers were great to work with. Cool products.

Senior management was abrasive and was in their own world.

Pros

Good place to start a career, build relationships and they cover a lot in their medical plan with everyone having babies.

Cons

Highest paying jobs go to the men. Men seem to be the same height and have similar attitudes. Some male managers have been at TSI so long (over 20 years) that they probably could not function in other companies. Which is why if they do leave, they come back after 1 or 2 years.

Pros

Some of the people working there are great. The work is good, and engaging. I would recommend working for the company outside of test and measurement sales.

Cons

The management team for sales is absolutely lost. No ability to communicate. Very shady, and power hungry. Your performance is not rewarded. Discipline is applied unevenly and with strong bias.
