Chaotic place for an engineer

Pros

I worked with many great, talented people at TSI. I also worked on some interesting, challenging technical projects. They have nice facilities and excellent manufacturing capabilities. The salary and benefits were pretty good.

Cons

Things were mismanaged and chaotic. Priorities were constantly changing and management frequently undermined the productivity of their workers by placing unrealistic demands on engineering, interfering with day-to-day workflow, and blaming engineering for the consequences of mismanagement.
