      1.Good payment in Taiwan technology industry 2.Aggressive working for most of people 3.You can always find the right sponsor to solve your problem if you are willing to call for help 4.Most working level engineers are easy to get along with each other.

      1.Highlight culture 2.long working hour, hard for work-life balance, except support unit 3.High pressure & very fast paced in FAB 4.Some managers EQ not high, bad tempered and mean 5.Job rotation is an empty shell, especially in FAB. you have to struggle long time
