      Pros

      TSMC is a "famous" company in Taiwan and it does make a lot of profit by making IC chips!

      Cons

      Process Integration Engineers are 24/7 on call. 80% of engineers get off work at 8:30pm~10:00pm which means work life are unbalanced. We have a fast turnover rate. In my team, there are 4 engineers. The oldest engineer is 33 years old and my boss is 37 years old.

      Don't encourage job rotations Couldn't get the whole pictures of what you did Quite tough for those people who intend to develop their capacities and aspirations in semiconductor fields.
