The company values your time and actually cares about what's happening in your life. Managers are very understanding and there is always someone on the team, be it in the chats or in email, that is ready to help you if need be.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide us, as well as the Glassdoor community at large, your thoughts on your time with us so far. We're very happy to hear that you feel as seen, heard and valued as you do — we know a large number of our employees can be spread across the country in locations that may not have many other employees, or any other for that matter. So being able to keep in frequent touch is paramount to ensuring you and the rest of our team members get the help they need. You raise a very valid point — being on-call can be challenging. When we do hire for positions that require, we make sure that everyone understands what comes with that sort of territory; however, that doesn't mean it instantaneously becomes easier. Being on-call doesn't mean you cannot have a healthy work/life balance or take vacations — but if you ever feel as though it may be increasing in difficulty for you to maintain that balance, we strongly suggest having a conversation with your manager to see what accommodations can be made. Thank you for being part of our team, we're proud to have employees like you with us.

My first work at Texas Instrument, where TSP has a contract with, all were on trainings and familiar with both corporates' policies. I haven't faced with any tress, however, I believe the workload will all reasonable.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to provide us and the Glassdoor community your insights into your time with us thus far. We're glad to hear that you were received warmly — that's the way it should be everywhere, but it also reinforces one of our core tenets that we aim to only hire the best and brightest to ensure things get done right the first time. You mentioned your hope that your future workload will be reasonable — that's a great, valid point. If, at any point, you feel as though your workload or expectations have become unreasonable, please have a conversation with your manager — we strongly encourage direct and open communication, and the last thing we want to see is any employee internalize stress and feel as though they're opinions wouldn't matter or that they're not allowed to voice their concerns — especially about their mental health. We're glad you're part of our team and we're looking forward to what's next.
