Hello and thank you for providing us, as well as the Glassdoor community, a brief overview of the time you spent with us. You hit on a great point — we don't micromanage and our managers aren't helicopter managers hovering over you or any employee while they work. As we say constantly, every TSP engineer comes equipped with the necessary technology skills to get the job done, but they also know how to communicate, solve problems, and form great relationships. We hear you about the travel, but we do go to great lengths to ensure that through the initial contact of viewing the job description, to every contact through the interview process, that every applicant is aware of all aspects associated with the position they're applying for. Some positions require travel, so do not. Some positions require on-call, some do not. We appreciate and thank you for the time you spent with us, and we wish you the best in whatever path you take for yourself in the future.
