You highlighted a feature that we take great pride in — training, for both work experience within our company, as well as work experience for your career beyond TSP. We know that not every position with us is forever, and we strive to offer as many outlets for training as possible. From our Rockstar U knowledge base offering thousands of training lessons on countless subjects — all free to every #TSProckstar, to our state-of-the-art TSP Training Center offering hands-on and in-person training. We hear you about being on-call, but that aspect of some positions simply comes with the territory, and we conduct extensive market research to ensure the compensation offered for simply being on-call is at or above market.       Hello and thanks for sharing a review of your time spent with us thus far. There are a number of perks that we offer that are often intangible — flexibility is a big one. We try our hardest to ensure that we be as flexible as possible, especially during the trying times that we've all been experiencing this past year. We conduct extensive market research constantly to ensure the compensation offered is as good as it possibly can be — if it wasn't, we'd constantly be losing out on the best employees, but we're not — there's a reason that we're considered by some of our clients as being the best kept secret in the IT space. With that said, there are some instances in which pay is dictated by client bill rates, and in those circumstances, we make every honest effort to ensure rates are reviewed every renewal cycle.
