Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write a review about TSP...and now, you've caught us blushing. Your kind words made our day! "Integrity" is a big piece of our vision and values and we're so happy you've experienced that at TSP. We promise to keep up the great work if you keep up the great work. We're only great because our employees are great!

Pros

Decent benefits, gain entry level experience, work from home

Cons

Horrible management, usually you are outsourced and get zero support from TSP, no long term career, TSP is run by all family members and best friends of the owners making it impossible to move up the chain,a lot of egos in the management group, the owners do not have any loyalty to the long term employees that have helped them move from a small business into a mid size business, bad communication within the company.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are disappointed to learn you find TSP a "shady company." We acknowledge some family relationships do exist, and we are proud of those relationships as they have made the company much of what it is today. However, in our senior leadership team there are only 2, a father/son relationship and a brother/brother relationship. We feel our senior leadership team is a very strong part of our company, and we are proud of the work that group has completed this year to make 2015 one of the strongest years in our company's short history. It's disconcerting to hear you felt employees are not an important part of TSP and our owners do not have any loyalty to long-term employees. Our owners are actually getting ready to attend their 4th annual 10 year employee luncheon. Each year, our owners take time out of their schedule to have lunch with and thank employees who have reached 10 years of employment. In addition, several trips a year are made by our owners to visit with remote employees and reach as many as feasibly and financially possible. We are really proud of our retention numbers and our product is definitely our people. We couldn't be more proud of our #TSProckstars and the work they do every day to exceed our clients' expectations on a daily basis. Through our annual employee survey, we have heard and acknowledge communication has historically been an issue for the company. In 2015 we implemented a blog, text campaign, intranet homepage redesign, social media outreach, and even produced several videos to help communicate in many different manners with our employees. Even with all these changes and initiatives, it sounds like we still have some room for improvement so we'd have loved to hear from you on how we can communicate better and more effectively. We are looking forward to 2016 and hope you are as well. Happy New Year!

Pros

I have had the privilege of working at TSP for quite some time now and seen the amazing growth and changes we've experienced over our short 13 year history. One thing that has remained constant during all the growth and change is the company's commitment to its employees. You often hear and see, "our product is our people" and it's definitely true. I have first-hand seen the company's dedication whether it be rallying around an employee with a medical issue, conducting annual employee surveys to make sure the company's initiatives are in-line with what employees expect, or in employees' darkest times allowing as much time off as needed to take care of themselves first. I have been able to grow not only professionally but personally within the company. Will I be a lifetime TSP'er? I'm not sure, but I'm undoubtedly a better person today than I was when I started with the company.

Cons

TSP's business is providing IT services to its customer base. Many times, employees are onsite at different customer locations throughout the US. Unfortunately, not all customer locations have the same culture and vision as TSP, so employees onsite at those particular locations don't get to experience everything TSP has to offer and stands for. Inline with this same concept is the fact that customers pay TSP a bill rate for services and/or consulting needs. Unfortunately those bill rates are sometimes very slim which results in paying on the lower-end of established pay ranges. All pay ranges are within market standards; however since it's customer-driven, many times it's out of the company's hands.
