Thank you for the great feedback. We love that you love working at TSP and recognize our great benefits and culture. As TSP continues to grow, it is of utmost importance to us that we always hold dear our culture and values no matter how large we get. You are right on the money about remembering our "worker bees." All TSP employees have a job and do those jobs extremely well. It's part of the reason we call our people #TSProckstars. We aren't biased or cliche, we really do believe our people are rockstars. Our workforce is so geographically disperse and many of our employees work onsite at a customer location day-to-day. It's a constant challenge to keep employees engaged and part of TSP as a whole. We will continue to think of innovative ways to recognize and communicate with our people near and far. Thanks!

Thank you for the taking the time to write some thoughtful feedback. We are so happy you recognize TSP's reputable name within the industry, and the importance we place on our benefits for our employees. Every year we continue to look at benefit options to make sure we have competitive offerings in place. At least once a year we update our salary bands based on nation-wide market data from an unbiased third-party. Having said that, we recognize that some of our positions are paid on the lower end of the market pay ranges. Many times this is in direct response to what the customer is paying TSP for the service. But we also look at total compensation. We believe your total compensation is made-up of so much more than just an hourly rate or annual salary. Benefits play a big role in total compensation. Other things include our 401(k) plan, PTO, culture and training opportunities. Speaking of training we identify this has been an area that was lacking for several years. In 2015 we implemented and invested in a learning management system for all employees to utilize. At the beginning of Q4 we hired a senior trainer that is 100% dedicated to not only utilizing our current learning management system and increasing engagement, but developing custom TSP content. We are very excited to see the training initiative grow in 2016. We hope you will stick around in 2016 to experience some of the new training opportunities and we most definitely will be hiring more people. We've hired 150+ employees every year since 2012! Thanks again for the feedback.
