It's a decent place to work

Pros

They have multiple areas that you can work in and different companies that they work for so if one particular job ends there's always another. The managers have been okay for the projects that I've worked on.

Cons

The actual workflows change constantly and usually the information doesn't reach agents in a rather timely manner so it can be a little chaotic from time to time as things constantly change. They're really tight on people just coming in which can be a problem if they are sick or you can have a sick child or something like that comes up it can sometimes jeopardize your position in the early few months.
