Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

Pros

The position offers remote work and consistent pay. It can provide experience for someone new to insurance customer service.

Cons

The work environment can be stressful, with high call volumes and pressure to maintain strict performance metrics. Training and support were sometimes limited, making it challenging to troubleshoot issues or keep up with the tools and systems. Management expectations could feel inconsistent, and work-life balance was difficult to maintain at times. The remote setup can feel isolating, and employee recognition was minimal.

Pros

only pro is the pay. 24/hr if you're bilingual, 21/hr for english only. Not bad of a pay but hours will be reduced to part time after it slows down.

Cons

Uneducated team leads who dont know how to help you and always refer to the group chat to help.
