Teletech is my 1st call center job and I haven't expected that I will be staying long in this kind of industry. I've stayed long in this company because of benefits which I cannot find in any ordinary company. Even if I will not get promoted as long as I am happy and contented with my job I will stay with Teletech because this company gives me comfort and I am truly proud of being a Teletech employee. My family are so proud of me being with Teletech and I cannot afford to leave Teletech yet.

Cons

I don't see any negativity working with TeleTech. I am very comfortable with what I have achieved in this company. If Teletech still wants me I will be here until my retirement.
