Experience in a global company. Experience working with remotely.

Cons

Very low salaries, very few benefits, they don't value commitment or hard work, they just care about how much it costs them to have an employee. In fact they keep moving from country to country, firing thousands of employees and looking for the cheapest place to hire them and the lowest salary to pay them

Pros

It has a good working environment with friendly people (specially in the former Bacoor site). We had a good training team and it was a fun experience working with them!

Cons

Fixed salary. No annual increase. Health card has only limited benefits and the allowance is only up to 1,500k per month.
