My Experience in Teletech
Pros
Lots of opportunities to engage, e.g activities are very good, I was able to join RAVE, also recently in Teletech Idol and Run & Sync, it's not boring. It will always get you in the mood to go to work. I got promoted as well as QA and I am very happy about it. So far, my managers are great, my progress is transparent, clients are hands on to our dept which is good. Concerns can easily be raised. In regard to requesting for PTO, it's not that hard unlike to my previous company. People are nice.
Cons
This will be regarding our salary, our allowance is too low and getting incentive is really hard, even you pass the expected performance for the whole month, it is still not enough to get the incentive as there is only a percentage from the lists of the people Teletech can give it to.
