The people that I work with are AMAZING!!! I honestly can say that they are my second family. Plus, I get to meet new people all the time and share my experiences with them. Overall, I love working at TeleTech for the great opportunities that it has provided me as well as the many perks that I enjoy by simply being an employee. Many discounts at different stores, the prestige to know that I work at one of the leading BPO Industries in the market. TeleTech fulfills my expectations in every aspect

Cons

I honestly don't think that there are any cons. Perhaps there are things that can be improved. Maybe a slight increase in salary, this would take TeleTech to the next level when it comes to competing with the other BPOs in the market

The people are fun. I feel valued as an employee and career growth is everywhere! I've been with the company for almost 6 years and I look forward to more years.

I know it's not that much of a con, but they don't have free coffee.

TeleTech gave me an opportunity that any other company did not do. As part of LGBT, they opened a lot of door for me to unleash my best potential no matter what.

Cons

Do not offer competitive salary than other company does.
