Pros

Good work environment, excellent growth opportunities and learning programs

Cons

If I have to mention one, is that if you do not like what you do, it has a negative impact on overall customer and employees' experience, thus much of the people that joins, leaves fast; however, most of the people that like to do what they do, stay and make Teletech a great place to work!

Pros

In my more than 5 years with the company, I've seen the evolution and improvement in the management's focus on people and the company's values and culture. Employees are engaged and empowered. The company continues to expand and evolve. And with it, opportunities at TeleTech are endless for those who have the right attitude to explore them.

Cons

The introduction of co-pay in the Philippines' health insurance benefit has been the biggest downer in the last couple of years. Employees are still hoping that the company will repeal this program, sooner than later.

Pros

TeleTech in the Philippines is known to have a great working culture - one of the reasons employees who leave the company for a while always return to work for TeleTech again. The company encourages work-life balance, offering Paid Time Off that may be used either to go on vacations or during sick or emergency leaves. The only company I know that offers internal development programs for future growth - either to prep an employee for a possible promotion or to help increase their competencies in their current role.

Cons

TeleTech does not offer guaranteed annual appraisals. Instead, the company offers 1) variable incentive pay at the end of the year based on your annual performance review, 2) base pay adjustment that will also be based on your performance, and recently, 3) a quarterly recognition for select employees who have exceeded expectations on their contributions to the company. If you are looking to increase your base pay as you become more tenured in the company, you are encouraged to seek opportunities of growth internally by stepping up so you may get promoted.
