An outsourcing company that has many gaps.
Pros
1. Remote work (maybe) 2. Nothing else, a job in general.
Cons
1. A very big problem, as an outsourcing company, we work for a client, which is a logical thing. Many times the client has certain expectations and certain requirements. It is often because the management is sometimes very poorly done that the exact opposite of what the client wants is understood and everything is taken subjectively. Everyone who has a higher position can understand a certain requirement differently (in a wrong way) and from there transmit the same wrong information to the agents. 2. You can become a TL (team leader) very easily sometimes and unfortunately the people who choose to be team leaders are often not calm people, they are rather people who give their soul to the job and often the essence is lost that they were once normal agents. 3. And more than that, if you become a team leader, and as a normal agent you work according to a certain standard, when another team leader arrives in the position, it can change your entire way of working. 4. A company very dependent on the "client", so we have bosses of bosses of bosses, etc. It's enough that the company has no right of reply even if we represent them, even though we are another company. 5. If you work remotely, you don't have the opportunity to evolve, there is no manager for remote workers, there are no higher positions for remote workers. 6. Based on the "client's" request, the performance bonus is changed in such a way that you cannot take it. The company does not have an internal system to give bonuses to an agent. Example: if I want you to do 600 cases per day, the outsourcing company will just bow its head and accept. 7. Toxic management, not all of them, but in general teamleaders. :)
