      -A check. -Remote. -Bonuses of +3%-5% based on stats.

      Cons

      The company lands very good opportunities, however due to the trash they hire, contracts have been lost due to major fraud. And my last 2 tls were ghetto and unprofessional, inaccurate writeups, not checking their work, unreachable, etc HR IS UNREACHABLE, this company requires you to submit a ticket and "someone" will reach regarding any HR concerns lol TLs will also find ways to cheat you out of your bonus if they don't like you.
