      Pros

      TTM is a great company to work for, they have opportunities for growth, they strive to keep their employees educated. TTM management team is great to work for and they understand that family is first and they are willing to work with you. TTM has a open door policy that allows you to talk with all levels of management.

      Cons

      TTM has overtime and the overtime fluctuates with he customer demands.

      Pros

      Overall a great place, coworkers are friendly and helpful. Offer quarterly bonuses if we meet our goals. Onsite workout room free for employees. Encourages opportunity for overtime and chances to cross train in other departments and the chance to grow and advance. Do a lot of fundraisers for the community ,but more importantly raise money to help individuals who are in need of some help in our plant.

      Cons

      Health benefits, pay increases don't match with the importance of what we are building .
