I believe this facility is a great place to work at because they give amazing opportunities to each of their employees and strive to make it a very positive work environment to come to and complete daily job tasks.

Cons

I can honestly say I really cannot think of any cons at this time, ttm tries to balance the needs of their employees and their customers and you can see that through their product and management skills.

Teamwork atmosphere, health care facility on site, fitness gym on site, spacious / relaxing cafeterias, career advancement and employee involvement.

Pros

Good amount of responsibility rather than micro-manage as a supervisor Work environment has increased tremendously! Lots of stuff for employees like the medical clinic right at the plant, huge family picnic, gardening event. Clean, not like my past employer.

Cons

need more employees, but I think everyone around here needs production people.
