Located close to home. Good charitable contributions during the holidays. Sometimes nice things are done for employee recognition in the form if a gift card.

Cons

Poor communication skills within departments and between management and its production associates. Last minute "mandatory overtime " and if you don't go in you get written up.

Pros

It's a job. They won't fire you even if you sleep in your car all shift. Super slow at the beginning of the month. Not many.

Cons

Bad ridiculously low pay for the job. Management that doesn't care. A huge turn over. Mandatory overtime at the end of the month. Bad quality. No room for moving up. Hardly every reach bonus requirements. If you get a raise it's a few cents. Open harassment of employees for following federal laws.
