I learned a lot of valuable skills, and I got a few good certifications. The other assemblers were wonderful to work with.

Cons

We did all the work and got no pay. I was told I'd be making at least $20 an hour working there, and upon start date, I was making $18. I was blatantly lied to. Often times our kits were sent with shorts, and we were the ones being blamed and basically punished for said shorts. Our work was often dismissed, despite the EC plant bringing in most of the positive feedback for our customers. Not to mention, we were paid LESS than the minimum average for the whole field, which starts at (as of researching while working there) $22-$25 an hour. The pay was bad for the work we did, considering we did high importance work and were expected to create the best quality possible.

-Outdated systems and no direction. Always reacting rather than preventing issues. -Constantly losing knowledge from previous employees and constantly starting from scratch as no one seems to be aware of whats going on. Upper management doesn't have a plan for fixing this it seems. -No care about fixing problems and playing the blame game instead of constructive criticism. -Favoritism for those who like to be 'friendly' with upper management and dont like to work. You will get piled on work for that reason. -Corporate seems to be a better work environment but doesn't seem to be reigning in management at this site since they lose employees left and right and cycle through fresh out of college students regularly. -Going to work is dreadful and the people they keep and have been there a long time are toxic. Falsely reporting people to HR and allowing a lot of unprofessional behavior to fester.

Very bad company to work for. Management is horrible. There is no communication between workers and management. You work one department and job then asked to learn another job with no pay increase until the following year for knowing how to do multiple jobs They go through workers like water. If you call off work they take your PTO and you are forced to make the time up. These are just a few of the issues there. Very poor management for people that have worked there to leave after 12 or 14 years. Customers are aways calling to cancel orders. BEWARE. Oh and by the way the HR department comes on here to make the rating higher by giving 5 star rating. BEWARE
