      flexible working environment, benefits are good in overall, young staff-force, opportunities for self-training & development.

      Cons

      Will survive long if being able to play "politics". Employee's performance is not based on the actual job contribution, job quality but based on the like/dislike & observation from HR. Low pay compared with benchmark
