Pros

You won't be terminated from here unless you obviously are not working and even then it will take a while for the termination to happen. The last week of the year the company is closed BUT you will have to use your vacation/sick time to be compensated. You get paid every Friday

Cons

HR is bias. If you have a complaint they make excuses for management. Some managers don't know how to do their job. No room for employees to grow.
