      Great benefits, interesting work environment if you work in the lab.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for growth. Lab workers get thrown under the bus when things hit the fan. Higher ranking employees don't acknowledge the people in the lab.

      Good work-life balance. Staff are by nature good and caring.

      Cons

      Poor management. Personal friends are favored and protected. Those who work hard but don't have ties to the recruitment personnel are not favored and don't advance.
