      Pros

      Although the company has been in operation for over 125 years, it still maintains a tight-knit organization with a strong employee culture. There are many people that I work with who have been here for over 10 years and enjoy working here. This is a testament to the company's commitment to treating its employees well.

      Cons

      Other than having more fair remote/ in-office guidelines for all employees, there are few cons.
