Pros

Wonderful culture, lots of room for upward mobility, autonomy and trusted by management. Ideas and innovation encouraged. Supportive environment, people to help train new employees. I make a great salary and have fun most days at work.

Cons

With remote work I don't see people as much as I'd like but people seem to be coming back to the office more now. They still offer a hybrid work schedule for some.

Pros

Pay was good for my role. The position was challenging and interesting. I learned a lot the training was very good. I really like my job and the Controller that I reported to. The people were very nice except for maybe the new hire supervisor that came in to replace my previous Supervisor.

Cons

The Irvine location is a very small office at least in terms of our tiny cubicles. Just a handful of folks in the office who were all very nice but not necessarily helpful. I think it's because there's a lot of work put on everybody in that department and they don't have time and just focus on their own role. Unfortunately having only received 3 months of training before my supervisor quit after 3 years I was given responsibilities I was not yet prepared for. I believe the expectations were too high considering I had only been there 3 months and had so much more to learn. Also a major factor in my having to leave was the unrealistic expectation of the workload that I was under and I feel a lack of appropriate action to fix some of the procedural problems which made the job difficult to perform in a timely manner.
