Sick time for vacation & 10 days off at the end of the year (that u have to use sick time for though lol)
Cons
-starting out was great everyone in office staff were great. Thing was the whole team was training on various aspects of the job. I was told 3 different things for standards then hounded for not making the right ones. So confusing - almost the whole team has left now -absolutely robbed as an intern stay away from here if you are!! Only paid $2 above minimum wage (but a degree was required?) after a year only a 3% raise (not even a full dollar making it 18.75) ridiculous for California -no growth opportunities
