Pros

This company is very stable. After all everyone needs electricity. I don't suspect that this company will be going under any time soon. This company is trying to promote a better morale; however, the company mix is still about half and half of the new innovative thinkers and the old school good ol boys network.

Cons

No work life balance. No chance for promotion unless you are male or a woman over 40 regardless of experience.
