      Some managers in Dublin have zero leadership, no freedom at all to work independently so it's all micromanagement. Not only work has to be done, but it has to be the way your team lead thinks is the right way. Some team leads don't even know how to communicate things, micromanagement is their top priority. If anyone in the team complains about anything or try to share their thoughts with the management, they are kicked out of the company. No encouragement for retention of experienced people. A lot of pressure the achieve the target and lots of people doing unpaid overtime. No socialising and the atmosphere is not nice the office. No career progression possibilities

      Great products. Stocked up food in pantry, great month end food, you will never feel hungry here

      Cons

      BEWARE of the Senior management - Someone here always think he is the king of the company and very hard to work with and please. Very sarcastic. His leadership team also cant make it.. always focus on the wrong initiatives instead of growing or finding ways to motivate the employees. People here dun feel belong to any group as you will feel like an outsider if you join from external. My advice is NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY as long as the existing leadership team is still around.

      Great location, amazing staff, travel opportunities

      Cons

      Long hours and no overtime, expected to work extra hours 80% of the time even though they suggest it won't happen often. High management turnover so little stability or mentorship. Not open to suggestions on improving work environment/processes, staff opinions are ignored. Limited promotional opportunities, they often bring in new staff from the U.S. instead of nurturing internal talent.
