have a very narrow view of customer success or satisfaction. Expect all clients to self serve and for the OEM's a very hand s off approach and reluctance to hear the OEM's requirements. if ithe deal is too chanlenging then they drop it and move on. That level of customer success will hurt them as they grow. The management are all north american in culture and expertise and those they send to manage EMEA are there for the ride rather than for their skills.

I loved the people in my office, but some of the management styles exhibited by my manager and other managers was unacceptable. No forewarning of expectations, only to be dinged on performance reviews. We definitely needed some T&D for managers as well as employees how to behave in the workplace.
