The acquisition from SF has ripped out the heart and soul of Tableau which made it great. Not integrating well and pretty much all Tableau exec are gone. Not integrating well at a sales level and SF is a SAAS product but Tableau mainly isn't and they don't see. To understand that on-prem is different. Lots of attrition with great people leaving because for some bizarre reason they don't use RSUs to keep people. So you will find that a lot of people leave after 3 to 4 years.

- Movement in projects is slow and priorities change too often. - Merging with Salesforce has added a lot of bureaucracy and slowness to day-to-day work. - People from every leadership level (all the way up to CEO) have left since the merger just over a year ago. Has cause a lot of doubts in the direction of the company.
