Hours can be long - it's often frowned upon to leave any time before 6pm (even if you started at 7am!) - if you don't integrate well with the team and management (make yourself heard) you could find yourself out of the door very quickly (a few people were literally collected at their desk and asked to leave after failing probation) - but I would stress that this is not common - and most of the people thath ave been hired have been very successful.

startup company in Europe with high expectations and below average salary. understaffed support department, many sales people and high targets. highly competitive space.. Tableau has a great product, but much smaller than the competition atm. Being a Data company, everything is highly KPI and Datadriven. Much of the management is young and inexperienced. Sales people are expected to be Sales Engineers to a great extend. You will only succeed and be happy here if you truly love BI and data and enjoy working with like minded people.
