Pros
First and foremost, it is an unbelievable product and our customers love it. The executive team are inspiring people to work for, and overall the company is having great success and the employees are sharing in that. You work hard but the rewards are professionally and personally fulfilling - for me that is part of the attraction of working here. They pay is not tier-1, but it is competitive.
Cons
The company is growing fast with all the complexities and issues that brings. It's hard bringing that many people on and getting them skilled up quickly. The size and nature of our sales are changing - requiring a new set of enterprise selling skills. Also, as the company grows the vibe of the place changes from a startup to a small enterprise... for some people this means they no longer fit.
