-great people at the non-high manager level -free lunch, snacks, occasional happy hours -work/life has relaxed the last few years
Cons
-leadership needs to be change. very disconnected from what happens daily. -most of leadership has to go vs. getting rid of people on the ground floor. -no planning or vision anymore, used to actually have a plan. -products get released and dont work. -goals are ridiculous. we get goals two months into a quarter and there is no way of hitting -growth business still has too much shady advertising -some pay is in stock but price is down 80%, maybe think of other ways to keep people -sent multiple emails telling everyone to write good reviews to help glassdoor scores. -office is too cold and coffee machines have taken a turn, think about how to make some ammeneties better
