A person of few words :) Thanks for taking the time to comment. We're more proud of the people than the free food, but good to know both are appreciated :) You're right - Taboola is slightly chaotic. It's partially a result of the fast pace of the company and the space we're in, and partially the kind of folks we are - fewer polices and more execution driven. We hope some of the other aspect that come with it - innovation, creativity, ownership make a little chaos a price people are willing to pay. That said, if you ever come across a place where you think we need to fix fr the company's greater benefit - please let us know.

We apprentice the feedback. Taboola does its best to be open and transparent with our employees. Our quarterly "all hands" calls are meant to share information with everyone about what we did and didn't do in the past three months. If anything isn't covered - the open Q&A time at the end is meant employees to raise any issue that they're curious or want more information about.
